Virgin Active adds another 52 (previously Esporta) clubs for
Vitality members
We've got some good news for you. From January 2012* Vitality
members can enjoy another 52 Virgin Active clubs across the UK.
Following the recent acquisition of Esporta, there are now 119
Virgin Active Health Clubs available to you around the country.
Offering more equipment, more classes, more pools and more tennis
courts - in short, more of what you want from a health club!
And if you already hold a Virgin Active membership through our
Vitality programme, you will become part of Virgin Active's new
multi-club access scheme, which may give you access to some or all
of the additional 52 (previously Esporta) clubs.

Join one of the 52 new clubs now
- If you are eligible for a discounted gym membership, the 52
additional (previously Esporta) clubs will be available for you to
join from 3 January 2012. Have a look at the Club Finder at
virginactive.co.uk to find your nearest club and details of the new
(previously Esporta) clubs that you could join. Please note that
Chiswick Riverside is not part of the Vitality network.

If you already have a membership at the one of the additional
52 (previously Esporta) clubs
- If you are already a member of one of the 52 (previously
Esporta) clubs you can change your existing membership to a
PruHealth or PruProtect Virgin Active membership any time after 3
Jan 2012 and receive a discount the following month.
- The window for transfers is open up until the 17th of any month
and your new membership rate (including your discount) will be
applied from the following month.
- You can transfer by making an appointment with the Member
Relations Manager at your club.
- A transfer fee will also apply.
If you have a Virgin Active membership through Vitality and
wish to use the additional clubs
- From 1 January 2012, if you hold a Virgin Active membership
through Vitality you will be part of Virgin Active's multi-club
access scheme, which may give you access to some or all of the
additional 52 (previously Esporta) clubs.
- You should check with Virgin Active for information on which
clubs you can now access, either by having a look at the Club
Access Guide at virginactive.co.uk, going to
members.virginactive.co.uk and entering your details, or asking a
member of staff at your home club.
*If you're a PruProtect member with Vitality Lite rewards you
will only be able to join or transfer to one of the additional 52
(previously Esporta) clubs from 1 April 2012.
