Laureus is a sporting organisation and charity. They set up their World Sports Academy in 2000. It has attracted many sporting heroes who share a belief in the power of sport to break down barriers, bring people together and improve the lives of young people.

We've partnered with Laureus to give you something unique. Together, we want to motivate and inspire you to become healthier as well as make a difference to children's lives throughout the UK.

You'll be able to choose from one of five world-class sporting heroes who will be your personal Vitality Champion and for a regular dose of encouragement you can sign up to receive emails from them. So when you're finding it a little difficult to get up during those cold winter mornings, an email from US Olympic 200m and 400m champion Michael Johnson could provide you with the spark you need.

You could even win tickets to attend the prestigious Laureus World Sports Awards and meet your Vitality Champion.
