From the 1st of January 2013, once you've given up smoking for three months you'll be able to sign the Non-Smoker's Declaration and earn yourself 200 Vitality points. Every adult can earn 200 points per year.

You can also have a Vitality Healthcheck and by proving your non-smoking status, earn 300 Vitality points.

Please note that a maximum of 300 Vitality points for not smoking applies to each adult in each plan year. You must also confirm to us that you have been tobacco and nicotine free for at least 12 months.
