How our private health insurance works

Step 1 - Vitality

You start with Vitality Plus as part of your core private health insurance cover. Vitality is our healthy living programme. We give you points for doing healthy things. Your points count towards your Vitality status, the higher your Vitality status, the bigger your rewards. Through our partners we give you discounted tickets to concerts, films and West End shows. We also offer discounts on various holidays and cruises.

Step 2 - Get Core Cover

Everyone starts their plan with Core Cover. This includes In-patient and Day-patient cover.
