How Vitality works

The Vitality programme can work for our members in three simple ways: we'll help them understand how they can improve their health, we make it cheaper to get healthy and we'll give them rewards that keep them motivated.

Your client's employees start with Vitality Plus as part of their core health insurance cover

Vitality is our healthy living programme. We give your client's employees points for doing healthy things. Their points also count towards something called their Vitality status.  As they earn points, their Vitality status increases. Everyone starts at Bronze, then they can work their way up to Silver, Gold and then Platinum. This gives them something to aim for, and means they can see their hard work paying off.

Your client's employees will have access to rewards that will help to keep them motivated. We've chosen rewards to help them rest, relax and live life well. Through our partners we give them discounted tickets to concerts, films, festivals and West End shows. We also offer discounts on various holidays and cruises.  The higher their Vitality status, the bigger their rewards.
